St Joseph Consolidated School uses FACTS management for all of our financial services. This will include payments for tuition, class fees, field trips, lunch accounts, CYO sports and other special events.

- St. Joseph Consolidated School is a qualified EdChoice scholarship provider.
- Traditional EdChoice Scholarship
This EdChoice scholarship is for K-8 students that live in specific school districts that have a failing rating (Catholic or non-Catholic). The program provides students coming from designated public schools, regardless of family income, the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The amount for this scholarship is $6,166 per student. - EdChoice Expansion Scholarship
Any family (Catholic or non-Catholic) with a child/children entering grades K-8, may qualify for a State-sponsored EdChoice scholarship. Families qualify for different levels of scholarship amounts based upon where your family falls within the federal poverty guidelines. The maximum amount a family can receive is $6,166. Families may be responsible for the difference in tuition and scholarship amounts.- Information on the EdChoice scholarship can be found on the Ohio Department of Education website (http://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Other-Resources/Scholarships) or please feel free to contact the school office. The application forms (and specific directions) for the 2026-2027 school year, will be available in the school office when the application and re-application process opens.
- Archdiocese of Cincinnati Catholic Education Fund (CEF)
Thanks to the success of the One Faith One Love Campaign, financial assistance to help cover Catholic school tuition is now available for Catholic and non-Catholic families. St. Joseph families from preschool through eighth grade may apply for student tuition grants through the Catholic Education Fund. While these grants will be need-based, a qualifying family will not have to be at a federal poverty level to be eligible. The timeframe for applying for these funds is open now and closes in late February. To apply, one must complete an online financial assistance application through FACTS https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3XB87 FACTS, a third-party company serving the schools and parishes of the Archdiocese, evaluates each application and provides our business manager with a recommended financial assistance amount. - St. Stephen Scholarship
If your family needs financial assistance, you will be eligible to apply for a St. Stephen Scholarship. Thanks to the generosity of good people in our community who value Catholic education, St. Joseph Consolidated School is able to offer financial assistance to a limited number of families each year. The timeframe for applying for these funds opens on October 1 and closes on late March 2026.
