Once again it is time for our families to fill out EdChoice Scholarship papers. Parents need to fill out these forms. Please do not send these forms to school until after February 23, 2026.
- Fill it out online and then print and sign or print the form out, then fill it out.
- If you need a paper copy to fill out, please let Theresa Stenger know, and we will send it home.
- Once the form is filled out and signed by hand either send the paper copy back to school or scan and email the form back to Theresa Stenger at tstenger@sjcshamilton.org. Please email the application form as a separate attachment. Make sure to review your application form before you email it. We need all of the information complete for us to submit the form. Please do not send these forms to school until after February 23, 2026.
- Each family must provide a proof of address. This is a recent copy of a utility bill that shows BOTH the mailing address and the service address. Important Notes below:
- Please do not send these forms to school until after February 23, 2026.
- Parents that are renewing EdChoice Expansion do not need to provide proof of income. Parents should have created a portal in the system so that the family can check the status of the application.
- The State has moved up deadlines for schools so all applications need to be into the school office by March 31, 2026.
- When parents receive their approval letter they MUST return this to school immediately for us to complete the submission process.
- All of this must be completed by the first day of school for 26-27 for St. Joseph to receive payment. If it is delayed, parents are responsible to pay until approval is completed.
