For those of you new to St. Joseph, Mimi Rapien was a long time lunch crew member, St. Joe parent and friend to all! She passed away unexpectedly last year on February 11. Her family has established a scholarship in her honor. The St. Joe’s Staff would like to help contribute to the scholarship. On Friday, February 12th, the St. Joe’s students are permitted to wear a Valentine (or a red/pink) shirt with jeans or uniform pants/shorts for $2.00.
