Meet our Preschool Staff

Mrs. Katie Zboril, is the lead preschool teacher and will be in your child’s classroom each day. She has 4 children, two at St.Joe and two at Badin, and is a St Joseph school alumnae herself. She has been with the program since it started, and this is her fifth year teaching in preschool. Previous to St. Joe, she stayed home with her four children and provided in-home childcare. Katie also taught in Fairfield City Schools as an Intervention Specialist/Behavior Specialist.
Mrs. Alpha Harding, Preschool Director, comes to us with many years of preschool experience and two children of her own. Her oldest is a first time home buyer this year, and her daughter is a Freshman at the University of St. Joseph in Connecticut. Mrs. Harding will be in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and in the preschool classroom on Thursday and Friday. Mrs. Harding has been working at St.Joe, in some capacity (many hats!), for over 10 years.
Mrs. Brittany Saurber will be joining our preschool staff this year. Mrs.Saurber comes to us with many years of preschool experience from Fairfield City Schools, and she also is a St. Joe alumnae. She has worked at St. Joseph as an educational assistant/co-teacher for the past 2 years. She has two children here at St. Joe and one on the way this November! She will be with us every day in the mornings!
Mrs. Mandy Berding will also be joining us this year. Like Mrs. Zboril, her roots go deep here at St. Joe as a parishioner and an alumnae. She has worked at St. Joe as an educational assistant for several years and will be joining us all day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. She has one grown son, and one son who attends here at SJCS.
