Save the Date for Mercy McAuley’s Summer Musical, The Lost and Found, June 28-30!
Save the date for Mercy McAuley’s summer musical, The Lost and Found, which is June 28-30! This original musical was written by Mercy McAuley junior Ali Lewis! Don't miss the exciting premier of this student-written and directed musical! Set in 1953, The Lost and Found follows a newly divorced mother as she tries to fit into a society that only praises families and traditional households. However, her family finds a new challenge with their home: they're not the only ones living in it! Join us for this show to see what's lurking between the walls and haunting this not-so-perfect family! Watch for ticket information at www.mercymcauley.org coming soon!

The Moeller Football program will be holding their second annual Victory Day for students with special needs. Victory Day is a day designed for students with special needs to get their time to shine. After being paired with a Moeller football player they get to wear a Moeller jersey, take the field, and have the spotlight. Participants get to go through football drills, get a t-shirt, and run through a tunnel of family, players, and cheerleaders. My favorite part is when they each get to score touchdowns against a Moeller mock defense- complete with play by play announcing over the loudspeaker. At the end of the day each participant gets a medal during a special ceremony with Coach Bathiany. It is hard to put into words how special this event truly is. Family members are welcome to stay close to their child and every part of the day is flexible and made just for them. The event is FREE and open to any child with special needs ages 5-18. Registration is open now by emailing [email protected]. Spots are limited.
Mount Notre Dame will be hosting two upcoming virtual information nights for prospective 8th grade families that explore our premier academic offerings. I have attached a detailed PDF flyer, complete with registration QR codes. We kindly ask that you share this with your 8th grade families, as appropriate. The information is provided below in text format if that works better for you.
