St. Xavier High School

We hope your year is off to a great start! The St. Xavier Enrollment Office looks forward to working with you and your families this admissions season. As busy as this time of year is, I want to inform you of many important dates and programs designed to help prospective students and families learn about St. Xavier High School.

X-perience Nights

St. Xavier High School hosts four X-perience Nights (October 6, 25, and 27 and November 4). Your school and all 7th & 8th grade families will receive an invitation to attend.

The evening begins in our Chapel of the Holy Companions at 6:30 p.m. and concludes at 8 p.m. Parents will hear a presentation about the mission of St. Xavier from a current student, the parent of a current student, faculty member, and an admissions representative – with ample time for questions and answers afterward. Students will learn about St. X by engaging in experiential learning opportunities that will be directed by current St. X students. Your students will also have the chance to have their questions answered. Families have found these nights to be an opportunity to receive in-depth information and hear different perspectives. Parents and faculty often can give a more “on the ground” view of the school. We ask that families register in advance.

Open House

On Sunday, November 14 from 1 to 4 p.m. prospective students and families are invited to attend our annual Open House. Tours are given by current students, allowing families time to speak with teachers, co-curricular moderators, and students about their experiences. Preregistration will be required.

X-perience Day (Shadowing)

Shadowing is an integral role in a student’s decision making process. The X-perience Day program provides interested eighth grade students with a firsthand experience on campus. The program runs from September through January.  Prospective students will be hosted by an Ambassador of Excellence, a freshmen or sophomore qualified to speak on the various aspects of St. Xavier High School. On these days at 8:15 a.m., parents have the opportunity to hear a presentation from a St. Xavier representative about programs, tuition assistance, scholarships, and the admissions process. Students may register for an X-perience Day on our website at www.stxavier.org/admissions/classof2026 .

Personal tours

St. Xavier High School hosts two opportunities for families to take tours on Saturdays--October 23 and December 11. For those families who are especially considered about wellness, this tour is a great opportunity to learn more about St. X in a more intimate way. Families should pre-register.
