VIRTUS Training for Volunteers

There will be a VIRTUS training session here at St. Joseph Consolidated School on Thursday, May 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Art/Music Room. Introducing New Graphics and Logos for St. Joseph Consolidated School

We are excited to announce that we have completed the development of our new school graphics and are ready to introduce them to you. We have already started the process of converting to them across the board in all of our communications and uniform/spirit wear. We have long been in need of an identity (a brand) that is consistent and will become immediately recognizable throughout the community.

We are again participating in the piggest raffle!

Purchase a Pig for $5 at www.piggest and find St. Joseph Consolidated School as the charity. For each Pig purchased, you have a chance to win on Flying Pig Marathon Weekend SJCS receives 100% of your donation!
Raffle Details: Prior to Flying Pig Marathon Weekend, we will match all of the purchased Pigs up with a numbered Pig. If your numbered Pig is the first selected when thousands of Pigs are dropped on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the post-race of the Little Kings Mile, YOU will win $5,000 Cash and the charity for which you purchased the Pig will also receive $5,000 Cash! You do not need to be present to win but everyone is welcome to join the Pig Drop!

Ms. Rhonda Shepherd named Hamilton Educator of Excellence!

St. Joseph Consolidated School is proud to announce that Ms. Rhonda Shepherd has been named an Educator of Excellence by "Hamilton Celebrates Education" Ms. Shepherd and a total of 17 educators will be recognized when the annual Harry
T. Wilks “Hamilton Celebrates Education” event is held for the 15th year on Oct. 19 at the Courtyard by Marriott. Each educator will receive a piece of custom glass art made by InsideOut Studio and a $1,000 grant for use in their classroom or school.

Meet the SJCS Alumni National Merit Scholarship students in the Badin Class of 2018!

Congratulations to Jake Waggoner, SJCS Class of '14 & BHS Class '18, on being named a National Merit Scholarship Semi-Finalist and Josie Link, SJCS Class of '14 and BHS Class of '18, on being named a National Merit Scholarship Commended Student. Jake is one of less than 1 percent of American high school students to earn that prestigious designation. St. Joseph Consolidated School is very proud of these two former students.
