Summer Reading Challenge

Just wanted to touch base with all our SJCS Families and confirm that AR is open now for summer reading for students in grades 1-8 for the 21-22 school year. We encourage all students to read at least 30 minutes a day to help keep their brain moving and active. Mrs. Stenger is challenging all of our SJCS students to read a ton over the summer! The student that has the highest summer points(from 6/1/21 to 8/22/21) total in their class will receive an out of uniform pass. All students that participate in the Lane Library Summer Reading adventure and meet the point goal of 300 will receive an out of uniform pass. All students that receive an out of uniform pass will be put into a drawing for a gift card from Flubs! Read more for links to AR and Lane Library
