⛱️SJCS Vacation Request Form
If students are going to be missing school for a vacation (more than 2 days) parents must complete a Vacation Form for approval before the planned vacation occurs. Please complete one form per student. This must be completed at least one week in advance.

💳Lunch Payments
We will be using FACTs for hot lunch/milk. It will still be a prepaid account. You can log into your account and on the right side there is a box that says “Prepay Accounts” Click on the “Add Funds” button to load money to your child's lunch account. You can do this at any time. If your balance drops below $10.00 you will get an email reminder from FACTS to add more funds. Any questions please contact Paula Waggoner at [email protected].

Parent Survey: Thank you to those who have already taken the time to complete the parent survey for the 2024-2025 school year! We have already received over 90 responses!
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, May 9. The grade level with the highest percentage of survey completion will win a dress down day on Wednesday, May 14!

🏆Important End of Year Events!
Please mark your calendars for these IMPORTANT dates for the end of the school year.
There will be an Eighth Grade award ceremony on Wednesday 5/21/25 at 9:00 a.m. in the gym. 8th Graders will be dismissed after the awards ceremony. There is a graduation Mass that evening at 5:30 p.m.
We will have a morning Mass on the last day of school Thursday 5/22/25 at 8:00 a.m. Our End of Year Awards Program will follow Mass at 9:15 a.m. in the gym. Parents are invited to attend this program. All students will be dismissed following the awards ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Parents will need to pick up all students at 10:30 a.m.

Players and cheerleaders must be a student or parishioner of St. Aloysius, St. Ann, St. Joseph, St. Julie, St. Peter, Sacred Heart or Queen of Peace entering Kindergarten though 8th for the 25-26 school year.

The Transportation Departments have contacted me with the following directions regarding the transportation of students. Please read over these instructions to ensure your child will have transportation to and from school for the 2025-2026 school year.
If these forms are NOT filled out, your child will NOT have bus transportation.

👕Headlines Spiritwear Orders
Important information regarding summer spiritwear orders from Headlines. If families place orders over the summer they will be available for pick up directly from Headlines located at 131 N 3rd Street Hamilton, OH 45011. Parents can call 513-830-5111 to check on the status of orders. Any orders placed after August 1, 2025 will be delivered directly to St. Joseph.
